Successful and qualified candidates will be required to:
Support in selecting and recruiting qualified candidates for the organization.
Coordinate on-boarding sessions for new staff
Carry out staff auditing and updating as required.
Ensure consistent communication as required for improved job performance.
Follow up to ensure policy review, modification and implementation.
Ensure effective office management while maximizing profit.
Carry out performance monitoring and provide advice.
Determine and relate with training vendors for relevant training for staff members.
Ensure staff welfare and disciplinary actions are effected where required.
Monitor staff attendance and movement.
Interested Candidate is required to:
Have two (2) years experience; one (1) year HR experience is be required.
Have good understanding of HR activities and relationship with other departments.
Be result oriented with a professional mindset.
