DQC/RNL/HRE/16- Human Resource Executive
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry seeks the services of a Human resource Executive who will be in charge of all HR functions in the organization. Candidate must possess a degree in business administration or any related discipline with at least 4 years experience in Human resources.
§ Manage the people development process of the organization.
§ Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion.
§ Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
§ Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
§ Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work.
§ Advising management of strategic issues relating to organizational growth through employees.
§ Development and implementation of the performance management process.
§ Ability to supervise technical work involving reviews and evaluation, program development, and program planning and implementation.
§ Ability to plan, develop and conduct training sessions and workshops.
§ Ability to interpret and apply rules, and regulations and develop procedures.
§ Ability to organize, evaluate and present information effectively.
§ Ability to conduct recruitment from start to finish
· Proficiency in HR software packages is an added advantage
· Excellent communication skills
· Organizational skills
· Must be able to work effectively in a team and lead teams
