Job Description

Job Description: The Human Resource Manager will provide daily Generalist support including, employee relations, performance management and leadership development, to an hourly and salaried employee population across one or more facilities. In addition, you will be expected to partner with your local management team by planning and executing strategic HR initiatives that support the business and build the Best Place to Work across your locations/clients.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

A minimum of 5 years of prior Human Resources experience

A minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist.

Must be willing to relocate initially or in the future for career progression

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Labor Relations or Human Resources Management

Master's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations or Human Resources Management

Prior experience as an HR Generalist.

Previous labor relations experience

Previous supervisory experience
