Job Description

  • Operating as a fully integrated, credible business partner within the Leadership team sourcing internal and external HR solutions.
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Regular meetings with the relevant members of the executive team to establish HR priorities and review progress.
  • Providing advice and guidance to recruiting managers regarding suitable recruitment and selection methods to fill vacancies, collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • Send out offer letters to candidates' mail boxes/ surface addresses.
  • Assist in the filing of documents appropriately into personnel files and subject files daily.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all relevant documents are included on orientation package.


  • Providing advice and guidance to line managers to assist them in the effective management of employee absence.
  • Facilitating organizational development and change as required by advising line management regarding the most effective approach to migrate to new organizational or individual role designs, minimizing employee impact and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Company values.
  • Manage the team, specifically ensure colleagues are motivated, meeting and preferably exceeding targets. Ensure that they receive regular feedback on their performance and that they are appraised annually and development needs / future objectives are identified.
  • Prepare personnel action records (PARS) for Finance action informing of any payroll additions and/or changes.
  • These personnel actions include new hire, transfers, leavers and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date with any employment law changes.
