Our Client a specialized FMCG in oyo state Nigeria seeks the services of a human resource manager. The ideal candidate would develop and implement human resource for the group in line with the business. Must possess a broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, manpower planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and learning development. Must have been in the driving seat for human resource strategies.
Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, communication skills and must be a leader by example.
A Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development with over 7years experience of which 4 years is as HR lead in a medium size organization
