Job Description


Determine staffing member’s skills and needs to meet the organization’s objectives.
Provide administration services for the recruitment employment of staff.
Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statement.
Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection test, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointment.
Maintain the personal record of employees on matters such as wages, super annulations, leave and training and prepare associated management reports.
Arrange and conduct staff training.
Use a number of management information systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organization human resources.
Provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures including equal opportunity and discrimination and occupational health and safety programs.
Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters.
Help implement organizational changes (such as those following from industrial relations legislations, revise job classification structures or technological changes).

Take part in strategic management.



Minimum of BSC/MSC in a relevant discipline.
3 years minimum relevant work experience.
A tactful and friendly
Good spoken and written communication skills.
The ability to build good relationships with colleagues at all level.

Discretion with confidential information keeping abilities.
Good organizational ability.
High level of accuracy and attention to details.
Calmness under pressure.
Numerical skills.
Good administration and be able to use data bases, spreadsheet, word processing and account packages.
