Is responsible for delivering various facets of recruitment throughout the organization through development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The HR Assistant - Recruitment, Placement & Development plays a crucial role in ensuring that only the best or rightful candidate or talent is hired.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
•Preferably female, 20 to 25 years old
•A graduate of Psychology (newly graduates are welcome to apply)
•Is highly organized and has very effective time management skills
•Above satisfactory oral and verbal communications and presentation skills
•Very creative and highly innovative; Strong interpersonal skills
•Proficient background on Microsoft Office - word, excel and power point
