Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Ensure that HR functions are adequately carried out effectively to time putting into cognizance clients’ satisfaction and increased stake-holders value

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administers policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity and responds timely to inquires from employees and management

• Advises management in the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and reviews corrective actions to ensure fair and consistent practices are being applied.

• Conducts all recruitment efforts including; placing advertisements, sourcing resumes, pre-screening applicants, interviewing candidates, administering testing, and managing the selection process

• Recommends, develops, and facilitates
all training programs including; new hire orientation, safety, competencies, and succession planning.

• Participates in the compensation programs, including creating/modifying job descriptions, establishes/adheres to pay scales, monitoring the performance evaluation and merit program, Worker’s Compensation & unemployment

• Responsible for all aspects of leave administration, including leave tracking and notifications, coordination with paid time off, disability programs, and/or health benefits, as well as return to work protocols

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources management, Business Administration or Other related discipline
• 2 Years Cognate work experience
• Labor Legal knowledge is preferred
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency Micro-Soft Office, Power point and Excel
• Good HR knowledge especially training and performance management HR function, good knowledge of labour act, trade union act and other related labour act and regulations. Documentary management test.
