Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
Develops and maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations;preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions;recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
Ensures legal compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable federa; and state human resources requirements;conducting investigations;maintaining records;representing the organization at hearings
Administers benefits programs such as life and health insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, recommending human resources policies and procedures.
Any other responsibility as assigned by the Managing Director
A bachelor’s degree HR Management or related fields
Masters Degree would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years experience in human resources management function with minimum 4 years as a manager.
Must be registered member of the CIPM
Professional Certifications would be an added advantage
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office software
Good presentation, organizatiom, communication and interpersonal skills
