Administer the human resources policies, compensation, benefits, performance management systems and safety programs and ensure compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;
Maintain records and reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals
Plan, organize, coordinate personnel training
Advise managers on benefits policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate staff work activities
Represent the organization at personnel-related for as may be directed
Plan and conduct new employee orientation and continuously foster positive attitude toward achievement of project objectives.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering employee matters and helping resolve work-related problems.
Carry out general administrative functions, office management and other duties as assigned.
BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Management or other relevant fields
Membership of relevant professional body(ies)
An M.Sc. degree in the humanities will be of added advantage.
5-8 years post-NYSC working experience in a reputable organization
A people person and highly committed individual
Excellent verbal, written communication and public speaking skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals
Effective interpersonal, public relations and time management skills
Highly proficient in computer applications including Word processing and spreadsheets, especially MS suite
Willing to work irregular hours
