Job Description

The job holder would need to assist the team in managing and implementing important projects, raising technical changes, maintaining processes and procedures - and perhaps most critically -  informing business decisions through maintaining and driving management information and reporting.   



  • Has ownership for all SI Management Information (MI) and reporting
    • maintains SI productivity tables and forecasting models, drives continuous improvements
  • Supports and significantly inputs into the transition from manual to automated reporting
  • Ability to translate complicated data into high level analysis for senior stakeholders
  • Supports the Service Implementation team (SI), and other internal and external stakeholders in effectively implementing a wide range of VE Products and Services
  • · Supports Implementation Managers in:
    • managing projects
    • raising technical changes
    • participating in workshops, meetings and consultancy sessions
    • reviewing and maintaining knowledge repositories
  • Produces, validates and maintains all project documentation, including the project plan and project scope documents
  • Completes the complex process of setting up of a customer’s profile within the Visa Europe systems
  • Reviews member profile changes to ensure that requested configurations are appropriate and consistent with business objectives
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key departments within Visa Europe that will contribute to a projects success
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven ability to use their own initiative and accurately manage their workload to deadlines
  • Displays excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills



Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent Excel knowledge (including Pivot Tables, Macro’s, and Visual Basic)
  • Experience in presenting management and reporting information
  • Solid experience in providing Customer Service in a B2B environment and or Project Management knowledge
  • Ideally educated to degree level (UK/overseas) or equivalent significant industry experience could mitigate this need
  • Proven track record of commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, often juggling conflicting priorities

Desired Criteria

  • Fluency in English plus a second European language supported by Service Implementation – German, French, Turkish, Polish, Italian, Spanish
  • Experience of payment systems, mobile or banking experience, specifically in the areas of Authorisation and Clearing systems
  • Has VE Systems knowledge
  • Has experience in writing and reviewing technical documentation
