Job Role Summary:
This role is responsible for the secure and effective operations of all computer systems, related applications, hardwares and softwares that are used within the organization.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluating the functionality of systems. Consulting computer users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet user or project requirements.
Initiating and managing ICT budgets.
Ensuring adherence with software licensing laws.
Implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures.
Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably.
Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation.
