Primary purpose of the job is to work in conjunction with Sales team to achieve sales targets by selling and supporting Emerson Process Management products (Flow - Daniel, Micro Motion and Rosemount Flow) and offering customers a complete ‘enquiry to sale’ service. CSE act as a liaison and customer advocate interfacing with other Flow departments to resolve quotation issues and ensure the fulfillment of all customer needs and increase Field Sales force customer face-time and to drive increasing levels of customer loyalty.
Other key objective for CSE is to ensure Service Level Agreements are met and leveraging CRM and OCM as the main tool of communication.
Factor I: Accountabilities
•Serves as regional first level escalation point for RFQ and pre-Sales related issues.
•Proactively promote the sale of products & services, ensuring consistency with PlantWeb concepts & applications
•Liaise with MEA Sales to prioritize effort, gather competitive intelligence and improve customer service, consistent with project pursuit activities and key account planning.
•Produce Proposals for Emerson products ensuring they are accurate, technically verified and offer customer solutions, highlighting customer business benefits.
•Liaise with other departments/organizations as necessary to ensure effective delivery of customer solution, offering customer service levels that set Emerson ahead of its competitors.
•Liaise with Credit Management to resolve any invoice discrepancies and help reduce the company DSO levels
•Proactively collaborate with Sales Channels and cross functional groups globally in the RFQ execution process to drive quick response time and high RFQ to order conversion
•Manages open SR’s and RFQs and follow through until closure.
•Work closely with assigned salespeople to generally understand the sales strategy for the territory and the sales process.
•Promote open communications regarding specific accounts and projects to ensure that Emerson delivers a consistent winning message to the customer.
•Provides excellent Pre and Post sales technical support to MEA Flow end-users, field technicians, and sales force by providing timely response, accurate Information proactive assistance, and proper, accurate, and timely information processing
•Maintain understanding of general business practices, including Trade Compliance, standard terms and conditions, industry codes and financial routines. Good interpretation of customer’s terms, conditions, descriptions and delivery criteria.
•Maintain proficiency in use of the standard CST tools (Toolkit / Symphony, CRM, etc.) to ensure customers’ questions and inquiries of quotes are provided timely and accurate manner.
•Adhere to local and international Emerson corporate procedures policies & procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices

•Coach and support the back office Inside sales team
•Daily communication with Inside sales Coordinator which should include review on open quotes and SR
•Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager
Job Requirements 2-3 years Inside Sales experience Knowledge of Emerson products Currently working with Emerson globally or currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Engineering degree
