As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities aimed at maximising the profitability and brand awareness of our client's building services. Working with Marketing Analysts to effectively drive campaigns, you will primarily be tasked with generating leads for the Outside Sales Team.
You will promote and drive sales to assist in the delivery of a consistent flow of new customer accounts and support, develop and implement telesales campaigns for optimised performance. Effectively managing leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions and events, you will also provide pivotal assistance with planning and conducting technical road shows for new and perspective customers.
Additionally, you meet and exceed agreed sales targets in line with company objectives, provide assistance to marketing and sales projects and ensure the delivery of effective customer service at all times.
- Developing and building the existing customer base and new business
- Communicating progress with customers and ensuring records are updated accurately
- Developing and circulating time plans for every telesales campaign to meet business requirements
you must have a degree and/or HND qualification in a recognised business related subject.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you must have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Highly motivated and target-driven with a 'winning' mentality, you must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure targets are met and exceeded. An exceptional telephone manner is also key.
