Job Description

• To be able to create a dynamic and proactive group of installation supervisors, engineers, and staff that can provide quality and timely installation services on projects closed by the company (with installation services included) with the end in view of achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Company-wide (Sales, Plant Heads, Sales Admin, Purchasing, etc.) resources coordination for projects with Labour Contracts.
• External coordination with Project Heads/clients representatives.
• Ensures timely accomplishment of Actual Measurements.
• Ensures timely accomplishment of Mobilization of projects with labour.
• Ensures timely reaction to Technical Assistance and other services requested by Sales.
• Conducts site visit on major projects or as per instruction of the Presidents/COO, SVP-SSD, or sales.
• Attend pre-bid and kick-off meetings as required by Sales.
• Checks and approves Cash Advances, liquidations and reimbursement of all installation personnel.
• Checks and approves request for tools, equipment, consumables, Safety supplies, vehicles parts, etc. of Installation personnel and subcontractors for use at projects.
• Checks and decides on Actual Measurement of structures with curved roof requirements and recommends most appropriate profile and whether to curve by gravity or via plan embossment.
• Writes or checks vital Installation-related correspondence to clients.
• Attends to technical inquiries from Sales, Estimating, Production Writing, Installation personnel, etc.
• Directs Area Managers/Project In-Charge on critical Schedule, Safety and Quality issues.
• Coordinates with the plants on logistic requirements of on-going and prospective projects.
• Does other tasks that may be assigned by the SVP-SSD and President/COO
• Participates in the Weekly Opcom
• Checks and recommends approval of subcontractor’s weekly releases.
• Presides over Installation Department Meetings.
• Request for Cash Advance and liquidates on time.
• Checks and recommends approval of Weekly Accomplishment Report to the SVP-SSD.
• Checks and recommends payment to SVP-SSD for services such as insurances for projects and installation workers, etc.
• Checks and analyzes Monthly Installation Budget vs. Cost and acts accordingly on cost items that need attention.
• Provides justification on negative variances on Monthly Installation Budget vs. Cost, if required.
• Prepares Yearly Budget and CAPEX requirements of Direct Installation ad Office of the VP - Installation, submits them to the SVP-SSD for approval and presents/defends them during the yearly Company Strategic Planning.
• Prepares SWOT analyses for Installation Department and submits the same to the SVP-SSD for approval.
• Check and analyses Year-end budget vs. Cost.
• Provides justifications for negative variances on the Year-end Budget vs. Cost, if required.
• Participates in the yearly Company Strategic Planning.


• Minimum thirty five (35) years old with twelve (12) years of experience in field construction work in the capacity of a Project Manager or higher handling at least (100 simultaneous ongoing projects.
• Licensed Degree holder of either Civil Engineering or Architecture.
