P&G offers its Internship Program. This is a partnership program with the academe which supplements the academic curriculum by allowing students to apply theories and concepts learned in school to a real work project that will have a definite and immediate impact on the company's business. The program not only provides top incoming seniors with an opportunity to learn more about P&G, its people & culture, but also enables them to experience actual exposure to the corporate world.
This Internship Program is open to all Engineering, Computer Science and other Information Technology related students who are in their second to the last (penultimate) year of college education. (For example, for 4 year courses, 3rd year students are eligible to join; and for the 5 year courses, 4th year students are eligible to join). Candidates must have proven success from school that demonstrates skills in leadership by envisioning, direction setting and enrolling others; thinking/problem solving; creativity & innovation; initiative & follow-through; communication; and priority setting.
1. Success in school may be defined as being among the top graduates of his/her respective batch (top 10-15%ile of graduating batch)
2. Leadership is defined experience in leading school / student / non-school organizations (ie has had leadership positions in the past - President / Vice-Pres / Asst. Vice-Pres positions)
