IT technical support officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation. They install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
Responsibility include but not limited in IT Networking works Email Creation Backup Auto Forwarding Purchasing License , Updates of the master list Software Training Mainly follow-up on expiry date of all the company’s Website Maintenances
He should be experience in Install and configure all hardware, Operating System and site specific applications to a provided standards list and additional software.
Able to install and administrate, firmware patches supplied by vendors and security or update patches as required.
Configure Microsoft Office applications and resolve usability issues. Includes troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook clients connecting to multiple Microsoft Exchange Servers and network file
Minimum of OND in computer related fields.
Experience supporting a virtualized application environment, including web, terminal services and clickonce presentations.
An understanding of Role Based Access Security principals
- A strong understanding of Shipping IT concepts and principals.
