About the Role:

Main Purpose:

As with all Colleagues within the Brand HQ function, the Assistant Brand Marketing Manager will play an important part in actively contributing towards the department’s brand purpose.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist   the Brand Marketing team in implementing short- and long-term brand strategy,   brand development and integrated, multi-channel brand marketing initiatives that   align with the department’s primary brand purpose. Ensure that projects are   delivered at a high standard, in alignment with brand guidelines, and within   set budget and deadline frameworks.
  • Ensure that the brand promise of STAY   DIFFERENT™ comes to life in all brand and marketing initiatives implemented   across multiple platforms globally. Actively monitor compliance and implementation   of Jumeirah’s brand standards. Conduct regular brand audits. Mentor Brand HQ,   Regional, SSU and SBU marketing colleagues in achieving brand standards.
  • Provide multi-channel   brand and marketing support to pre-opening hotels, resorts and residences.
  • Provide multi-channel   brand and marketing support to colleagues from Corporate Office, Brand HQ, Regions, SSUs and SBUs.
  • Create and produce new on and offline brand   materials and assets in alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage   photo shoots in adherence to Photography Style Guidelines.
  • Manage filming in adherence to Rich Media   Style Guidelines.
  • Provide   full support to the Brand Marketing team as required.
  • Manage existing agency and supplier   relationships. Source new partners and suppliers as required.
  • Support agency pitch and RFT processes as   required.
  • Administer and maintain the Group’s Brand   Portal, brandjumeirahgroup.com.
  • Administer and maintain brand assets on the   Group’s online image library.
  • Maintain the Group’s mobile sales portal,   DropBox.
  • Update the Group’s CRM system on an on gong   basis.
  • Administer and maintain an artwork archive.
  • Conduct on-going competitor reviews.
  • Complete tasks within the Group’s legal,   internal audit, financial and supply chain frameworks.


About You:

In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have earned a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent. You should have at least 3 years experience in marketing.

Fluenency in two or more languages, a digital marketing qualification and experience within the luxury hospitalality, service or luxury industries would be viewed as desirable.
