A land consultant is basically the one who sells land to prospective buyers. A land consultant needs to provide advices on the usability of the land for different purposes regarding the land usage, helps in getting the legal formalities and papers arranged and arranging for loans and mortgages.

Duties and Responsibilities

*The land consultant has to help the interested buyers buy lands.

*He or she has to help the buyers in locating land suitable for their requirements.

*It will be the responsibility to provide advice about the suitability of land for different usage patterns.

*He or she will have to arrange loans and mortgages and arrange to clearing or dressing the land if there is a wild foliage growth.

*He or she needs to help the clients in filling up land registration papers and help them in obtaining ownership papers of land.

*He or she has to make sure that all the details in the applications are filled in accurately and properly.

*He or she has to work for meeting sales targets set by the company.

*He or she needs to do the work of documentation of all the legal papers and client details.

Skills and Specifications

*The person should necessarily have the required knowledge about land use patterns based on the strength and texture of the land.

*He or she should be aware of all the legal formalities involved in land sale and transfers and the related fields as well.

*He or she should have exceptional communication and negotiation skills both verbally and written.

*The person must be very resourceful and organized to do the job.

*He or she should be bale to understand the requirements of the buyers and the clients.

Education and Qualification

*He or she must have good sales, marketing knowledge, and the ability to learn quickly.
