To provide guest and in-house service as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the department. Establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort towards mastering tasks.
You will be responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the laundry and maintain the highest standards when handling guest laundry/dry cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction.
You should have at least five years as team leader or two years as an Assistant Manager experience in 5 star luxury hotel industry.
You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in computer software systems such as MS Office is essential.
