Job Description

Responsible for managing the overall current and future architecture (process, information, data and application), transition roadmap and standards for the IT estate by functional/process area. Operate within a global span, setting direction of overall IT estate and global programme and projects where standardisation, rationalisation, reducing complexity and integration will have the higher impact and value.

Responsible for 1-4 direct and indirect reports, will manage the global aspects of the IT estate which is valued at c. £200m, contribute to prioritizing the global discretionary project spend; will set direction for the overall IT estate globally, defining architecture guidelines and standards.


Essential requirements 

Deep understanding on Enterprise architecture process, tools and contents relevant to Global companies 

Deep Cross-Functional knowledge associated with the Business Operating Model of an international company 

Facilitation, Influencing and Negotiation Skills 

Effective Engagement and Relationship Management at senior levels 

Strategic Thinking, strong decision making and direction setting 

Awareness of IT and FMCG Trends and Best Practices; proactive in research 

Desirable requirements 

Degree educated

FMCG experience

Strong leadership
