Job Description

Responsible for providing integrated solutions in key areas to drive business improvement. Will lead the definition and design of key enterprise solutions to meet overall portfolio and project-based requirements, which align to the IT strategy and architecture standards by functional/process area.
Work across multiple projects to align Solutions interacting with Solution Design, Project Delivery Managers and Solution and Enterprise Architects
Responsible for the design and quality of global solutions which could be a value of up to 100m.
Global, highly complex and strategic in nature – Most of the solutions are developed with global standard requirement and implemented consistently across the enterprise. It has to fit with Global architecture and standards


Experience in Application, Integration, Data&Information and Technology Strategy and Design

Experience in Solution Architecture methods and tools with good appreciation of Enterprise architecture methods and tools

Experience and understanding of the issues associated with the Business Operating Model of an international company

Change Management and Business Engagement Skills

Facilitation, Influencing and Negotiation Skills

Effective Communication and Relationship Management at all levels (inc CxO)

Understanding or experience of Project Management Methodology (Prince 2)

Understanding of Business Process Analysis and Design

Understanding of Business Functional Consultancy

One or more of:

SAP R/3 (All modules), BI

SAP new dimension products like SCM, PLM etc.

SAP technology products like Netweaver, PI, Hana, DB, etc

Other technologies such as, desktop technologies, virtualisation, WAN/LAN, voice and video technologies, enterprise content management, etc

Robust team work demonstrated both within and outside the IT function

Customer satisfaction through consistently meeting business requirements

Clarity and understanding of strategic thinking on key decisions

Degree of re-usability and convergence driven by the adoption of the Business and application architecture

Desirable requirements

10 plus years FMCG experience
TOGAF certified
Deep knowledge in operations, application software/hardware in COTS Enterprise
Experience of Track and Trace, Quality Systms (Lims), farmer experience (Milk/sugar/wheat/tobacco/wine industry
Strong background in supply chain
global experience of supply chain re-engineering projects with expertise in any of the following:
SAP (SRM, SCM, PLM) including 3rd party logistic system integration
Track & Trace, quality systems (LIMBS) Scientific equipment in an R & D environment, Management Execution Systems
Delivering scalable global solutions
Experience working across multi discipline architecture streams, process, data & information and application
