We are currently recruiting for a talented Coordinator to join the dynamic team of Learning and Development at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Reporting into the L&D Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing highly effective Learning and Development activities to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Colleagues to enable them to achieve exceptional levels of guest service. In addition, you will support the constant achievement of the Jumeirah Learning and Development process.
Your Main duties will include:
- Delivering Jumeirah Beach Hotel induction training for new colleagues and ensure attendance is timely in line with the Learning and Development Processes.
- Supporting departmental trainers and departments so they are able to deliver quality on- the - job training to their teams.
- Designing and developing training materials and courses that are consistent with other Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah training programs.
- Supporting the coordination of work placements and maintaining L&D tracking systems and communicating data to appropriate L&D Team members and managers to follow through.
- Plan and distribute monthly training calendar.
- Preparing monthly training activity report and summary training hours report.
In order to be successful for the role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in training role
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Proficient used of Microsoft Office packages
- Confident speaker
- UAE National with valid documents
