Job Description

Duties include:
Data gathering, quality reviews, assistance with implementation of sustainability program initiatives and achievement of energy, water and sustainability goals.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and working in conjunction with the Quality Manager.
Continuous Improvement Coordination.
Responsible for overseeing the Quality and LEED programs.
Quality Program implement and maintain quality program for successful project delivery.
Ensure successful planning of project quality functions and application of quality program.
Ensure quality program is communicated and administered efficiently and effectively.
Providing technical assistance to company personnel in the application of quality program.
Contribute to the design of buildings and sites by directing design team towards appropriate strategies and technologies.
Conduct product and technology research related to sustainability.
Effectively communicate the LEED requirements and progress to the manager and the team.
Skills/ Experience
Minimum 5 yrs experience, out of which 2+ years direct experience in LEED building design and construction related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering or construction management(Preferred).
Experience coordinating with design team consultants and construction team Members.
Reliable self-starter with a genuine passion for sustainability, design and continuous Improvement.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.LEED AP credential with specialty (BD+C, ID+C, or O+M).
Experience serving in the role of ‘Project Administrator’ on LEED projects (preferred).Able to work on multiple, complex and long-term tasks in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision.
Additional experience with computer energy modeling, daylight analysis, or other Building performance evaluation is desirable.
