Job Description


  • Handle all logistics operations including deliveries handling, quality assurance and inventory.
  • Prepare logistics and support plans;
  • Identify resources and prepare budget requirements per projects;
  • Coordinate and provide logistics support;
  • Take ownership and be responsible for sourcing & purchasing of materials/equipment;
  • Ensure that accurate reporting of cash disbursement for all field activities are recorded and submitted to accounts;
  • Develop and implement methodologies to enable effective execution of logistic plans;
  • Prepare post field activity reports based on logistics movements;
  • Ensure adequate logistics preparedness through contingency planning and continuous reviews;
  • Carry out other tasks as may be directed by the manager;


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND certificate in any discipline
  • Self-discipline, confidence and intelligence
  • Physically and mentally fit to perform under pressure
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written
  • Must have good interpersonal and organisation skills
