Coordinate all logistic activities
Review and re-design logistic processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency
Maintain process documentation, customer reports and performance metrics report for team and process effectiveness
Reduce and eliminate stock damage and loss
Manage inter-departmental work-flow for timely client order delivery
Effective administration of team in both locations for better delivery result
Manage resources by reducing and eliminate wasteage of man-hour through effective activity planning and coordination
Analyse all aspect of logistic operations to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of service delivery to clients
Drive compliance with organizational policies and expectations
Coordinate and manage the delivery team
Assist with Performance Management of team members
Provide monthly analysis and reports to the Head of Operations.
Interested applicants must have atleast 3yrs experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
