Job Description

Job Purpose

 To assume the strategic management function in the recently created Emirates Asset Management and End Of Lease Department, whilst heading up a team of professional Project Managers and Specialist Staff in all Aircraft End of Lease activities. The incumbent will be expected to effectively manage all End of Lease activities across all Departments and to manage the relationship with the Lessor to ensure that Emirates is fully represented and if required, manage all contracted third Parties supporting the End of Lease agreements.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Degree or Honours (12 + 3 or equivalent) in Engineering, preferably Aeronautical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Licence.
  • 10 + years experience in Aircraft Maintenance/ Engineering/ Leasing of which 8 years in technical services/planning/ EOL management functions and 5 years in a senior position.
  • Good knowledge of Aircraft maintenance/Leasing /EOL/Handbacks industry and related computer systems with high level of presentation, communication and negotiation.
