Under broad direction, leads Project Management operations for a country, area or region for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of quality customer service, world-class safety, and growth that maximizes shareholder value. Maintains customer contacts for the purpose of assessing local needs and service quality. Serves as a liaison for Business Development. Collaborates with Business Development and Product Lines to develop and implement local service pricing strategies and maximizing other PSL revenues and technology deployment within projects. Job role directly effects the profitability and reputation of the organization. Protects the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from harm resulting from company operations. Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations. Supervises Project Managers and Tech Professionals. Accountable for staff development and for financial performance of Projects within country, area or region. Typically requires project management, financial analysis, drilling and well construction experience. Requires 15 years experience and undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering or Specific Science or Geoscience discipline, with a graduate degree in Business Administration desirable. Requires broad knowledge of operations and practices in the oil and gas industry and signficant underestanding of Halliburton product lines and services. Requires ability to relate PM offerings and Product Lines offerings to the value drivers of a client. Requires ability to interact with clients, product lines and third parties and to take appropriate actions to contribute to the successful completion of a project. Requires knowledge of processes that are used within the organization when interacting with clients including review of contracts and proposals. Requires ability to recognize and pursue opportunities that generate additional PSL work with the client
