The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limitd to the following:
Manage the company to run profitability and provide right leadership for the team through coaching, motivating and developing staff.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, achieve progressive growth in revenue and profits
Establish relationships with key and relevant stakeholders to enhance operations of the company.
Ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to in operations.
Ensure effective utilisation of company resources for optimal performance
Submit periodic reports on the company’s performance to the Board.
Ensure management of the company’s finances with due diligence and prudence.

A second degree in a business related field
Minimum of 10-12 years relevant work experience in the financial and multinational industry (5 of which must have been in a Senior Managerial position)
Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
Experience of working within a highly pressurised business environment
Knowledge of financial laws of the country
Above average knowledge of finance.
Computer literate with working knowledge of ; Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and other related computer applications.
