Our client is a Dubai based consultancy and due to their rapid expansion, we are recruiting for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to deliver innovative marketing solutions to gain market share and revenue growth for B2B clients and B2C customers through traditional and online marketing.

Responsibilities
Preparation and delivery of marketing plans and campaigns for core services and partnerships to acquire increased market share and revenue growth
Develop, implement and manage all traditional, online and digital marketing, advertising, PR and communications initiatives and activities via the marketing collateral, website, social media, digital advertising and mobile applications to increase clients and sales revenue
Preparation and management of the marketing, PR, communications and branding budgets
Working on Google Analytics to optimise advertising, review new trends and optimize all media campaigns
Development of site optimization, SEM, SEO and PPC, open and click through rates display and social media initiatives
Conduct and evaluate market research and competitor data and implement marketing plans based on increasing market share
Developing and implementing go to market strategies
Budget planning and management
Participate in pricing models
Optimize and monitor lead generation and client acquisition processes
Vendor and agency management
Management of events, workshops, sponsorships and exhibitions
Develop and manage promotion campaigns and loyalty programs
Manage the design of marketing collateral

Essential Skills & Experience Required
Expertise in B2B and B2C traditional, online, digital and social media consumer marketing gained in the GCC
Experience of planning, conducting and managing market research programs
Proven analytical skills working with web analytics tools
Ability to work in a small team – experience of working a small to medium sized organisation would be an advantage

Candidate Profile
Must be living in the UAE
Fluency in English is essential
