As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our client's marketing strategy and optimising the performance of the marketing function to drive revenue with a focus on our client's software side of the business.
Aiming to meet and exceed agreed business objectives, you will provide leadership and vision to stakeholders, agree annual marketing plans and motivate and drive the team to achieve the best performance. Monitoring progress and taking appropriate action where needed, you will also report to the Board and CEO on key performance issues.
Additionally, you will develop and deliver key business plans, provide materials for briefing and training the global sales force, engage all stakeholders involved in service delivery and assist with the maintenance of the corporate image.
You will be required to undertake frequent international travel to NYC quarterly, Europe every 6 months and Asia once a year.
To be considered, you must have experience as a Marketing Director within the software industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are also key.
Experience of working closely with or managing a sales team would be beneficial to your application.
