To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of company products and services, oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire life span of a product, service or Idea so as to maintain and develop sales of Realty Point Limited (RPL’s) range to Nigerian prospective landlords and prospective investors, as such executives are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Plans and prioritizes effective follow-up on clients through phone calls, text messages and visitation for monthly payment
ii. Ensures effective and prompt delivery of clients’ receipts and documents
iii. Works in conjunction with marketing assistants to ensure that targets are met
iv. Creates weekly awareness of company products
v. Conducts site inspection with customers
vi. Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
vii. Uses customer and prospects contacts activities tools and systems and update relevant information held in the systems
viii. Responds to and follows up on sales enquiries using appropriate methods
ix. Gives sales and all other relevant reports monthly as required
x. Appraises subordinates promptly and objectively
xi. Takes responsibility for the training, coaching and mentoring of subordinates.
Plans, carry out and support local marketing activities to agreed budget and timescales and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities e.g. products launches, promotion, advertising, exhibitions, and telemarketing.
Education: B.Sc in Estate Management or related fields
Experience: 2 years experience in real estate sales and marketing
