To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of company products and services, carryout and oversee ALL aspects of any campaign throughout the entire life span of a product, service or Idea so as to maintain and develop sales . Marketing Executives will have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties largely by themselves and as may be required by their direct supervisor.
i. 1. Plans and prioritizes effective follow-up on clients through phone calls, text messages and visitation for monthly payment
ii. 2. Ensures effective and prompt delivery of clients’ receipts and documents.
i 3.Works through the sales processes of Lead Generation, Engagement, Conversion and Relationship Management as an individual and as a member of the Sales Team to always ensure that sales targets are met periodically.
iv. 4. Creates regular awareness of company products
v. 5. Conducts site inspection with customers
vi. 6. Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
vii. 6.Uses customer and prospect’s contacts, activities, tools and systems and update relevant information held in the systems
viii. 7.Responds to and follows up on sales enquiries using appropriate methods
ix. 8. Gives sales and all other relevant reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly as required
x. 8. Plans, carry out and support local marketing activities to agreed budget and timescales and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing and sales activities e.g. products launches, promotion, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, etc
8.Carry out all other sales team and individual activities/duties as may be assigned by the Manager, Sales & Marketing
Education: B.Sc in Estate Management or related fields
Experience: 2 years experience in real estate sales and marketing
Knowledge of economy and industry
Knowledge and use of all Microsoft office tools especially word, power point and excel
Good knowledge of Social Media and demonstratable ability to use for sales purposes
Interpersonal and people skills
Communication skills (both written and speaking)
Self starter/Goal Getter
