The Company is a dynamic multifaceted Pan-African real estate going concern primarily involved on the supply side of the industry with strong presence in REAL ESTATE Development, Investment, Publishing, Training/Consultancy and Marketing Syndications.
We currently seek an experienced female, graduate of estate management and/or with a history of successful performance to function as a Marketing Executive in the Sales / Marketing Department.
§ Manage and control the relationship between products and your target audience.
§ Developing new marketing strategies.
§ Generate and follow up on leads and prospect.
§ Manage customer relationship.
§ Report to Sales & Marketing Manager on day-to-day operations and tasks.
§ Coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
§ Implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
§ Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions as designated.
§ Help to create, plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies and activities within approved budget.
§ Help to establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
§ Generate leads and effectively follow up personally with clients to ensure closures and manage client/customer relationships.
§ Schedule and coordinate meetings with corporate clients, HNI’s or other relevant groups
§ Procure and manage external sales & marketing agents as required.
§ Analyse, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
§ Have significant experience in execution of real estate sales and marketing with proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.
§ Possess a Bachelor degree/ Higher National Diploma in any business related field, preferably real estate, marketing, finance or Social Sciences.
§ Equivalent professional certification will be an added advantage
§ Possess a minimum of 2 - 3 years real estate industry experience in sales/marketing, with at least 1 year management capacity.
§ Be highly computer literate with proficiency in use of MS Office Suite
§ Be adept in the use of social media in driving sales and marketing activities
§ Possess professional writing, verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.
§ Be willing to work outside regular hours/schedule and travel as required.
§ Have suitable proven records of achieving sales targets.
