Job Description

•Deliver on the FY14 comprehensive marketing strategy, including develop integrated marketing plans (approach, mix, metrics, etc.) that support SGM’s goals and align with EY’s strategic objectives
•Develop / finalise FY15 SGM marketing strategy including brand development, annual marketing plans and budgets for SGM
•Oversee the implementation of such strategies and plans, including creation, production and delivery of Global SGM marketing thought leadership, collateral and brochures, along with management of third party vendor/agency personnel
•Manage the Global SGM marketing team. This involves people recruitment, development and management, setting goals, assigning work, reviewing performance, and discussing career development 
•Explore innovative and creative marketing tactics and promote within the team, advise and influence leadership on the optimal mix of communications and marketing
•Build relationships with others in Global and Area marketing, communication and PR teams, working to ensure that SGM’s marketing strategy and plans are integrated into EY go-to-market activities 
•Work closely with Area Marketing Leaders to develop joint and complementary marketing plans
•Gain awareness of organizational policies, especially regarding procurement, independence and invoicing procedures.



•Extensive knowledge of marketing
•Excellent project management, team building and interpersonal communication skills
•Adept at identifying and managing resources for projects
•Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills, including the development of staff 
•Strong influencing skills, to work with other teams and other Area leaders 
•Demonstrated success in building internal and external relationships at a senior level, with a proven track record of success in marketing
•Masters or Bachelor’s degree, with a Marketing or Communication major
