Job Description

Drive Endo business in EME by:

  •  Identifying business growth potential, putting together a strategic plan to develop the Endovascular business within the EME region and aligning key stakeholders to the plan (Global Market Development, EMEA leadership and the senior commercial leaders within EME region)
  • Creating focus on Endo for the Distributors’ organization by highlighting interesting business opportunities (specific products/therapies, specific customer groups, specific initiatives)
  • Developing connections with regional and international KOL 
  • Managing product portfolio and executing product launches across the region 
  • Achieving financial performance: sales, operating income, limit price erosion, monitors Marketing  Opex, etc.


  • Have an excellent understanding of the VS and VC product portfolio and a solid knowledge of the other AV product lines.
  • Identify and analyze main business Endo opportunities in EME markets and structure business plan per key geography (focus on few countries)
  • Defines priorities in terms of product and therapy per market
  • Coordinates Endo/VC LRP for the EME region
  • Run initial product training for local organization through product demonstrations and coaching sessions, organize customer educational programs with salesforce and Centers of Excellence .
  • Design, monitor and manage marketing activities defining metrics to evaluate results
  • Cooperate with R&D and Global/EHQ Marketing Departments to provide key product portfolio info to the field, to introduce marketing ideas utilized in other geographies and to represent needs of EME in product pipeline or marketing investments


Required competencies & specific qualifications

  • Passion: loves Endo and VC and has “contagious” enthusiasm and energy
  • Leadership: perceived by area management and field personnel as real added value for his/her understanding of the Endo VC technology and market space
  • Analytical and planning skills: Good listener and synthetic mind, he/ she is able to translate customer’s untapped need into articulated measurable actions 
  • Strategic: able to conceptualize, set a LT vision for Endo VC business in EME
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to translate to the customer,  complex product offering into simple, well positioned therapy solution
  • Operational: able to translate the vision into articulated Commercial plan
  • Hands on: able to sell in Scrub.  Can go alone in cathlab and assist procedureProject planning
  • Fluency in English. A second language as Russian, Turkish, Arabic, French a strong plus

Educational requirements

  • University degree
  • Master degree in marketing preferred
  • Medical background preferred (ideally experience as interventional cardiologist)


  • A minimum of 7 years working experience ideally in a cardiovascular environment
  • Multinational company experience
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Cathlab experience preferred
  • Sales experience in cardiovascular environment advantageous

Location and travel time

  • Willingness to travel a substantial portion of time (>60%)
  • Flexible location; Base in the region (ex. Istanbul, Dubai, Warsaw) a plus
