Based in our Leeds office, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering all marketing activity across 3 key offices – Leeds, Hull and Newcastle.
•Providing a marketing programme for the business that helps to acquire new clients and retain the current client base.
•Ensuring cost efficiency of all marketing activity and meeting budget forecast.
•Developing and driving the strategic marketing plan for the North East
•Developing integrated campaigns that support key positioning for EY around ‘economics for business’; ‘growth through export’ and ‘entrepreneurship’
•Building the EY brand locally
•Involvement with the wider national marketing team to ensure integration of messages, plans and activities
•Managing and developing the North East Marketing Executive (based in Leeds), working together to ensure quality delivery and continual measurement of all North East marketing activity
Key elements of the role include:
•Management of all local marketing programmes
•Campaign strategy and execution; including online e.g. web site and digital/social media
•Management of sponsorships for conferences and events
•Management of third party relationships with industry bodies
•Budget setting and control, including measurement and return on investment
A highly motivated individual with the ability to work within a team as well as on their own initiative. The successful candidate is likely to have proven experience working in a marketing role covering all aspects of the marketing mix. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders across the business at all levels. You will have a strong track record in designing and delivering successful campaigns and activity with measureable and demonstrable results and outcomes.
