To develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet agreed LBS objectives and also to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities, the school is in search of a talented professional to fill the role of Executive Education- Marketing Manager.
Reporting Relationship: Director, Executive Education
- Responsible for developing management reports on performance of each product to support
- Develop and update marketing databank for accessibility and cross selling purposes.
- Conduct surveys, analyse and monitor clients’ product preferences and demands
- Monitor and report competitors’ activities and other environmental factors that could impact
- Provide industry report and make informed market forecast to support annual planning and
field sales operations.
- Responsible for managing the marketing budget and ensure execution of all marketing activities
- Provide advice on branding of product brochures, flyers and other marketing communications materials.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Collaborate with Program Managers in analysis of product performance across time, provide
informed insight on market dynamics and required strategy to respond to changes to
improve marketing effectiveness
- Any other specific or adhoc duty to be assigned by line manager from time to time

Minimum Qualification & Experience
Good first degree in a numerate discipline
An MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years in Administrative or Marketing position with significant experience in Marketing Research, Business Development, Consulting or Brand Management.
