Job Description

We are looking for 6 individuals to join our team at Manager and Consultant levels, within three disciplines in Marketing Transformation. These are in the three following areas:

Multi-channel Strategy and Operating Model – Digital, Mobile and Social Media Consultant
Job description
Marketing Transformation roles are varied and candidates are expected to be able to demonstrate a number of the skills / experiences listed below:
· Definition of a multi-channel vision to engage customers and employees 
· Multi-channel strategy
· Customer, marketing and channel related operating models
· Design and support the implementation of business operating models 
· Value and impact analysis of proposed changes to marketing processes and programmes 
· Set-up and management of multi-channel transformation programmes targeted to improve the client’s marketing capabilities 
· Demonstrate improvement of operational performance in marketing organisations across a number of areas including technology, process, organisation and people
· Expertise in the use of digital, mobile and social media channels – good understanding of the marketing exploitation agenda behind these channels and demonstrable experience in implementing successful marketing improvements processes using these channels
· Expertise in multi-channel campaign management execution, campaign management process improvements and campaign management results measurement
· Assistance with internal development of marketing transformation best practice and assets 
Marketing Strategy, Analytics and Customer Value Management (CVM) Consultant
Job description
Marketing Transformation roles are varied and candidates are expected to be able to demonstrate a number of the skills / experiences listed below:
· Multi-channel strategy
· Customer, marketing and channel related operating models
· Value and impact analysis of proposed changes to marketing processes and programmes 
· Solid understanding and experience of leveraging analytical models and customer insight to drive customer value:
· Good understanding of analysis methodologies and excellent analytical skills 
· Identification of opportunities to share insight across client marketing teams and business units, to inform business decisions and achieve maximum commercial advantage 
· Awareness of technical platform and capabilities in the market 
· Expertise with real-time marketing solutions implementation and management (e.g. Chordiant, Unica, Aprimo, Pega, SAS), either in a consulting capacity or as part of a CRM operations team, including offers management, business rules definition and development and channels deployment 
· Set-up and management of multi-channel transformation programmes targeted to improve the client’s marketing capabilities 
· Demonstrate improvement of operational performance in marketing organisations across a number of areas including technology, process, organisation and people
· Assistance with internal development of marketing transformation best practice and assets 

Multi-channel Customer Experience and Marketing Operations Consultant
Job description
Marketing Transformation roles are varied and candidates are expected to be able to demonstrate a number of the skills / experiences listed below:
· Definition of a multi-channel vision to engage customers and employees 
· Multi-channel strategy
· Customer, marketing and channel related operating models
· Multi-channel customer experience assessments 
· Ability to define the vision for engaging customers and employees to understand problems and key issues, and resolve by designing a new the target experience
· Requires an ability to understand and work with creative team to design customer experiences and User experiences across channels 
· Design and support the implementation of business operating models 
· Value and impact analysis of proposed changes to marketing processes and programmes 
· Set-up and management of multi-channel transformation programmes targeted to improve the client’s marketing capabilities 
· Demonstrate improvement of operational performance in marketing organisations across a number of areas including technology, process, organisation and people
· Assistance with internal development of marketing transformation best practice and assets

Requirements

General consulting skills:
The following skills are expected of potential candidates (relevant to years of experience):
· Capable of building strong relationships with clients and working as part of a team
· Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including engagement at the senior level 
· Proven capability in team management comprising both internal and client personnel 
· Responsibility for defining client issues and shaping projects to meet client expectations and deliver business outcomes 
· Design and execution of project deliverables 
· Analytical skills used to derive insight from complex and varied information sources and the ability to draw sound recommendations 
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, and report writing 
Industries:
Experience in one or more of the following industries is desirable:
· Financial Services - Retail and Corporate Banking, Wealth Management and Insurance
· Telecommunications – Mobile, Comms and Entertainment
· Retail
· Pharmaceuticals

Education
· Minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent from reputable university
· MBA desirable but not required

Others
· Extensive travel may be required from time to time
