Job Description

Ipas is an international NGO dedicated to improving women’s reproductive health and rights
Its country office in Abuja builds the carries out and implements programs that build the capacity of health systems to expand quality woman-centered reproductive health services
The office assistant will work with the Office Manager in daily administration


Receive, send, register and distribute mails.
Receive and register daily newspaper supply and archive them as appropriate.
Disseminate essential information to staff.
Ensure proper filling or documents for the office manager and other staff as necessary.
Execute minor officer maintenance projects as assigned by the office manager.
Printing and photocopying of documents for trainings and creating materials for public presentations as instructed.
Perform other secretarial and administrative support functions for managers, supervisors and staff.
Schedule assigned appointments, meetings and conferences; coordinates arrangements and sets up meeting rooms; notifies meeting participants; prepares and/or assembles meeting materials from rough notes, drafts, dictation or oral instructions.
Assist with handling travel logistics for technical unit staff and with carrying out administrative tasks such as ensuring vendors deliver goods on time, ascertaining that goods requested for were delivered and other related tasks.


  • Must be a degree holder from a higher institution
  • 1 year experience
