Job Description

As Office Assistant, you will provide daily administrative support to the Private Secretary, and the wider team as required. This will include drafting correspondence, maintaining database systems, answering queries in writing and over the telephone, and coordinating diaries.


You will also undertake research, help co-ordinate both UK and oversees recces, and assist with organising a number of large scale events.

With good IT skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel, you will be able to draft correspondence and reports

With good interpersonal and communication skills, you will be at ease working as part of a team, and confident liaising with people at all levels.
