Genetech NIG LTD is in need of a suitable candidate for this position
Assist the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in ensuring a clean and conducive office environment
General office administrative tasks like filing of document
Assist with travel arrangement of national and international staff
Assist with purchasing of office supplies and assisting the Personal Assistant to the MD during company events, staff meetings and company wide retreats.
Use Microsoft word and Excel
Assist in monitoring cleanness of the entire office, including lunch-room and meeting rooms and report where necessary action needs to be taken.
Minimum Qualification - OND
Years of Experience - 2-3 years
Must be a resident of Lagos state.
