Job Description

  • Organize and execute projects effectively.
  • Computer literate, Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Attending and representing the Company at meetings with existing and prospective clients.
  • Efficient handling of Social Media Platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Taking presenting meeting minutes
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and supporting other staff when required.


  • Must be highly organised and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Excellent calendar management skills.
  • Be able to think outside of the box and be a forward thinking individual able to anticipate next steps.
  • Minimum of a degree OND
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
