Job Description

-  Site facilities and safety liaison 

- Provide administrative support to FSSC management team and reporting on an ad hoc basis 

- Organise team events / meetings 

- Communicating / presenting office communications. 

- Team administration 

- Procurement of office supplies 

- Assist with recruitment where required 

- Lead orientation and set up of new employees 

- Become involved in FSSC projects 



  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs grade A-C to include Maths and English or NVQ level 2 in Business Admin or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience in a relevant role
  • Experience of working in finance, in particular procure to pay
  • Proficient in English (written & oral)
  • Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint



  • HNC/HND/Degree in a business related discipline, such as finance/accounts
  • Fluent in French
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Visio
