Job Description
Manage and direct operations team to achieve business targets.
Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
Responsibilities
Recording employee’s attendance and report to direct Manager in case of delay or absence
- Observing workflow and excellence of provided service
- Stock handling and issuing replacement units within xx minutes after technician inspection
- Assurance of closing Work Orders within 3 hours
Requirements
Minimum of HND in any realed field.
