Job Description

Candidate should have Logictics, supply chain or procurement experience


Job Responsibilities: 

  • To report directly to General Manager, responsible for the company’s distribution including inventory, shipping and receiving
  • To manage the day-to-day activity of the operations team and ensure the smooth execution of the supply chain process
  • To lead the team in logistics support, shipping, receiving and inventory control
  • To coordinate processes to ensure customer satisfaction and goods/ materials are in place
  • To liaise and negotiate logistical issues with customers and suppliers
  • To give suggestion and drive improvement and efficiency across the logistics performance and network
  • To assist in analyzing the financial impact of logistics changes and collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company goals and business systems
  • To act as the management representative whenever necessary



  • Bsc or relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
  • 1-2 year of concrete experience in logistics/ operations spectrum, exposure in supply chain industries highly preferred
  • Mature, self-motivated with proactive attitude, enthusiastic self-starter
  • Strong people engagement, ability to interact with varying levels of people
  • Professional communications and interpersonal skills, with good command of verbal and written English, knowledge in spanish is a definite advantage
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
