You need to convey how your people management and customer facing skills have been at the heart of your success as a manager. Applicants with the commercial and management competencies are welcome, specifically commercial B2B experience, from a service industry, most likely from industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have previously used both operational and commercial account customer facing skills. Whilst this is not a sales role, account management experience would be a benefit.
