- The Floor Operations Manager shall be responsible for managing all front-of-house operations in conjunction with the back-of-house (BOH) during opening, mid and closing shifts.
- Developing and disciplining team members during service

- Overseeing food & beverage quality and overseeing the entire flow.
- Overseeing experience on a shift-by-shift basis.
