To process the day-to-day processing of both local and outstation cheques
To ensure compliance of all internal procedures, operational controls and regulatory requirements.
To ensure strict compliance of internal procedures in line with the standards laid down as per Quality Policy.
•To provide Collection Services to Customers and to meet turnaround times as per the Service Level Agreement & productivity standards
•Ensure that all the Outstation cheques received are processed.
•Ensure that all the Local cheques received are processed.
•Ensure overall control for PDC cheques in custody
•Comply with internal operating procedures & Control Standards
•Compliance of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention.
•Ensure strict implementation of Group Policies on KYC
•General operational knowledge.
•Thorough understanding of local laws, legal risks.
•Minimum 3 years all round banking experience.
•Knowledge of the bank’s laid down procedures.
•Good communication and PC skills.
•Understanding of the requirements of the Quality System
