Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls to transport companies
• Make Outbound Business to Business calls to transport service companies
• Hit and exceed targets as set by the client
• Follow and understand the script provided and be capable of carrying out a spontaneous conversation revolving around the services offered
• Email management include:
• Follow ups with clients
• Confirmation of online bookings
• Provide excellent customer service
• Send emails and follow ups to leads
• Submit daily call report / status report
• Handle objections well and get into a meaningful conversation with the client
• Perform other administrative work as needed
• Manage lead pipeline, phone and email follow-ups in Salesforce CRM
• Report to management
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Client


• 2 to 3 years of Outbound Sales in B2B accounts
• Very strong customer service experience
• Background in sales is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Fantastic attention to detail in written language and CRM data entry
• Articulate and fluent
• Able to carry spontaneous and meaningful conversations
• Enjoys or passionate about Sales
• Used to dealing with difficult gatekeepers and the likes
• Excellent email and phone etiquette
• Sales and service oriented
• Self motivated and highly driven
• Willing to work full time 8 hours a day - 1-9 pm EST New York time
• Amenable to start immediately
